Delete Account

You can permanently delete your account from the security settings page. This action cannot be undone.

Before you continue

  • All profile and chat data tied to the account is removed.
  • Any active subscription should be canceled first.
  • If you only need a break, log out instead of permanently deleting your account.

Deletion steps

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open Security Settings.
  3. Choose Delete Account and confirm the request.

If you cannot access your account, use the contact page and include your account email for manual verification.
