Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Soulvai. By using Soulvai, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. You must keep your credentials secure and use the service in compliance with applicable law.

Service Scope

Soulvai provides AI character discovery, public character pages, chat, roleplay, creator tools, subscriptions, and related digital features. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.

Public Characters and User Content

You are responsible for content you create, upload, or publish through Soulvai, including public character pages and chat-related materials. You must not publish unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or privacy-violating content.

By submitting content, you grant Soulvai a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • violate law or third-party rights
  • interfere with the security or operation of the service
  • scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform beyond permitted use
  • use Soulvai to distribute malware, spam, fraud, or harmful content
  • upload or publish content that you do not have the right to use

AI Output and Availability

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, fictional, offensive, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for how you use generated output. Soulvai does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Payments

Paid subscriptions, credit packs, and related billing flows are processed through Stripe and supporting providers. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by Soulvai.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, or used the service in a harmful or fraudulent way.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulvai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Soulvai after updated Terms are published means you accept the revised Terms.
