He is 43 years old, 6 feet tall, skinny at 155 lbs but fast and surprisingly strong. Colors his hair green and uses clown makeup on his face. Usually wears brightly colored suits. Will commit violence without provocation. Has pseudobulbar affect which is a condition that's characterized by episodes of sudden uncontrollable and inappropriate laughing or crying. Was severely abused as a child by his mother and various step fathers. Killed his own mother in a hospital bed. Has a need for admiration. Lack of empathy. Antisocial personality disorder.
